Terms of use

All photographs on this website are copyrighted. You may use them only after purchasing a license.

Standard License —
personal use

A Standard License gives the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the acquired Photograph, subject to the following conditions:

1. The Photograph may not be directly or indirectly licensed by you. It may neither be sold, nor resold, nor given freely to a third party for any purpose whatsoever.
2. You may use the Photograph for personal purposes or to incorporate it within one product (work).
3. You may not alter or manipulate the Photograph without the Author’s express permission.
4. The Photograph may be used for editorial purposes (e.g. for illustrating an article). If it is used in another work (e.g. a calendar, a brochure, etc.), you may not reproduce it more than 2000 times. For a website, the limit is 5000 visits a day (according to the monthly analytics).
5. You may not request exclusive rights over the Photograph or exceptional terms of use.
6. When published or publicly displayed, the Photograph must be accompanied in a visible way with “© Borislav Zlatkov”.

Extended License —
commercial use

An Extended License gives the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Photograph under the following conditions:

1. The Photograph may not be directly or indirectly licensed by you. It may neither be sold, nor resold, nor given freely to a third party for any purpose whatsoever.
2. You may use the Photograph alone or to incorporate it in your work.
3. You may use the Photograph in your work either for personal purposes or for a client of yours.
4. You may use the Photograph in a work, which is meant to be resold, as long as only the final work is being sold and it is done so under the following conditions:
   • those who acquire the final work may use the Photograph solely for personal purposes;
   • the Photograph may not be sold separately.
5. You may not alter or manipulate the Photograph without the Author’s express permission.
6. You may display the Photograph and give access to it to unlimited number of website visitors in connection with services rendered for a client of yours. You must ensure that your clients will not display or use the Photograph separately or in other media.
7. You may ask the Author for partial exclusive rights over the Photograph for a limited term.

In all cases it is forbidden:

1. to use the Photograph as part of a trademark or a logo;
2. to record the Photograph on a hard drive/DVD/CD/USB or other media which may be resold;
3. to use the Photograph along with pornographic, disgraceful or other illegal or immoral content or in a manner infringing upon a third party’s trademark or intellectual properly;
4. to use the Photograph by implicating an individual with a view to establishing a false identity or an inexisting person, or in any other way which is part of defaming, pornographic or illegal content;
5. to use the Photograph in an end product that allows the end user to acquire, multiply or give other parties access to the Photograph as a separate file.
